Sweet Swirls started in the Summer of 2017 out of our trailer when we learned about the ice cream trend sweeping social media. After searching for "rolled ice cream near me," we discovered that there were no options for rolled ice cream in central Iowa, so we started our own shop! Beyond The Rolls
As we grew and evolved, we discovered that it was hard to roll our ice cream quickly enough to keep up with demand, so we experimented with the concept of hand packing the same delicious ice cream we roll. Turns out, it's just as good! Now not only do we serve our ice cream rolled at our store, but our trailer serves our Sweet Swirls Hand-Crafted Scoops and we make pints, ice cream sandwiches, and ice cream cakes so you can choose how you want to enjoy your favorite ice cream!
